Since 2010, we have empowered aspiring youth through practical, industry-oriented training in General Plumbing, Repairs & Maintenance, Solar Water Heater Installation, Micro Irrigation, Rainwater Harvesting, Waterproofing, and Plumbing Supervisor Training.
By blending the timeless values of the Gurukul tradition with modern technical education, expert mentorship, and placement support, we prepare individuals to achieve self-reliance and make a meaningful impact in society.
We specifically uplift school dropouts, restoring their confidence and giving them market-ready Plumbing skills.
Our unique residential model blends intensive technical practice with mentorship, life skills, and character building.

Scalable Expansion: Following the success of this model, we have implemented Local Skill Training Centers (LSTC) in Arvi, Nandurbar, Guhagar, Devarukh, Kharepatan, Sawantwadi, Malvan, Manor, and Mokhada.
